Release (retract) roll device

A discharge (retraction) roll device is used to hold the cloth roll to be processed. When the equipment is running, the cloth roll is used for unwinding movement, and the basic function of the unwinding device is to support the weight of the cloth to be processed, the center position of the cloth roll, the axial positioning of the cloth roll, the clamping and the provision of the unwinding resistance. . There are two working modes for the unwinding device, one is a non-mandrel unwinding without a mandrel, and the other is a unwinding with a mandrel with a mandrel.

Expansion device

In the passive unwinding type slitter, the winding system is the power to pull the unwinding and unwinding, and the winding system is responsible for winding and supporting the product.

Automatic tension control system

The slitting machine is operated according to the principle of constant tension winding. The automatic tension control system can set the winding tension according to the process requirements, and keep it stable and consistent during the operation. Leading edge and correction system

After the products are cut, some products have a large volume and a large amount of manual unloading. The unloading device can be used to unload the product from the working position to the packaging workbench.

Some large slitting machines are equipped with an automatic unwinding device with automatic unwinding function, and a winding mandrel processing device for wrapping the paper tube or pulling the winding mandrel after unwinding.

End-end docking device

In order to avoid the trouble that the first roll unwinding cloth is used up, the subsequent cloth roll has to be repeatedly wound. Some slitting machines are equipped with a first end end docking device. When the first roll of unwinding cloth is used up, the end is at the end. The machine is fixed, and then the front end of the subsequent roll is connected to it to continue production. Commonly used connection methods are: electrothermal bonding, single-sided or double-sided adhesive tape bonding, etc., the process can be manual or pneumatic.

Roll length measuring device

The length measuring device is used for detecting and measuring the length of the product. At present, digital roll length measuring devices are commonly used, and their performance often includes: unit conversion (such as public and English), alarm when the volume length reaches the set value, automatic reset, cycle count, positive and negative direction counting, output (volume Long) statistics and so on.

Trimming recycling system

The function of the trimming recovery system is to concentrate and collect the edge materials cut out during the production process to the designated place to keep the working environment of the machine table clean and prevent the normal operation of the equipment. Its other important role is to maintain a certain tension in the width direction of the cloth edge, so that the slitting process is more stable and smooth, and the outer end surface of the cloth roll is kept flat.

Control system and control console

The slitter works more frequently and requires an independent control console to provide complete control over the machine's operating process. The basic operations that can be performed on the control console include the setting of the unwinding cloth (mother roll), the start and stop of the equipment, the adjustment of the running speed, the tension setting, and the setting of the length of the roll.
